About the app
GameShelf gathers all your games in one library and keeps an honest count of how long you play. Statuses (Playing, Planned, Completed, On hold, Dropped), a rating, hours and notes for every game. Search the Steam catalog with no account or API key.
Playtime tracks itself: Steam, Epic Games and GOG games are found automatically, and for anything else you just pick its .exe or drag the file into the window. Statistics show hours by week, your longest session and favorite genres.
Achievements from Steam and from Steam emulator builds come with real names, icons and rarity, and a new one pops up right over the game. Nothing is injected into the game, so there's nothing for anti-cheat to flag.
Free and open source (MIT), in English and Russian. Your data stays on your computer.
